Dr. Blaudeau is a Gynecological Surgeon and a Healthcare Attorney with extensive experience in Healthcare Development. He currently serves as the Global Corporate Counsel for Your Practice Online and is heading the operations for YPO-USA, a subsidiary of YPO. Dr. Blaudeau has been involved in several healthcare companies including successful start-ups in Medical Imaging, Physical Therapy, Medical Device Companies, and Ambulatory Surgery Center Joint Ventures. Dr. Blaudeau serves on the Board of Governors of the American College of Legal Medicine and is a frequent lecturer on Healthcare Business Development.
Dr. Blaudeau received his MD degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, and then completed his Residency training in OB-GYN at The Tulane University School of Medicine. He received his Law Degree from the Birmingham School of Law and is licensed to practice Law in both State and Federal Courts. Dr. Blaudeau resides in Birmingham, Alabama and heads up the YPO-USA administrative office in Birmingham.

Through Mark’s past ownership in medical centres, specialist
practices, and practice management software companies, Mark has
a depth and scope of experience not only in Australia but
overseas in Japan and United Kingdom.
