Overview

Dr. James Fogarty graduated from Rice University in 1974 and received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Galveston in 1978. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Texas Orthopedic Association, Texas Society of Sports Medicine, Texas Medical Association, and Harris County Medical Society.
